What LEARNINGHUBZ offers

LEARNINGHUBZ offers an informal learning management platform for companies with content curation of internet hyperlinks from sources that make those hyperlinks available.

These contents are made available by LEARNINGHUBZ through internet links and embedded links, their description as well as thumbnail images.

Such content may be removed from the platform by LEARNINGHUBZ whenever the source of such content ceases to make it available on the internet or requests that it not be hyperlinked.

Users' access to the LEARNINGHUBZ service is subject to signing a service contract with their employer or requesting and accepting a demonstration period from Learninghubz. Users can access content selected by the company (own or curated by the company and LEARNINGHUBZ) and content added by administrators and usersIn addition to viewing and accessing content, users can recommend, share, comment and other actions, and see what their colleagues are recommending and adding to the platform.Company Administrators have the ability to manage highlights, add content and consult the platform usage data.

Disclaimer

The LEARNINGHUBZ platform allows users to exchange information, access content made available by the Company (resulting from Learninghubz curation or added by the Company) and share content available on the Internet. LEARNINGHUBZ, however, is not responsible for any content made available through its Service or actions of any of its Users, and you agree to hold LEARNINGHUBZ harmless from all liability arising out of or related to your use of our Service.LEARNINGHUBZ is also not responsible for misuse of its services, or for loss or damage caused by such misuse.

Eligibility

To use our Service, you must comply with a number of conditions including, but not limited to:

be on the list of eligible users contracted by the company;

you must not sign up on behalf of another natural person;

provide personal information (first and last name, and email address) that LEARNINGHUBZ considers necessary to provide you with our Service.

Obligations of use

The user or administrator is responsible for all content, information, data and/or others that you register and/or transmit through the site, and therefore agrees to evaluate and assume all risks associated with their transmission.The user of the site undertakes to:

i. Not to impersonate or impersonate another person or misuse your relationship with another person; ii. Not to violate, with or without intent, any national, regional or international law; iii. Not to threaten, insult or harass any person or group of people; iv. Not to record and/or transmit, on the site or by electronic mail ("e-mail"), any illegal, threatening, provocative, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, infringing of privacy, racist or discriminatory content against any person or group of people; v. Not to record and/or transmit, without for such right, any content under law or contract, including confidential information obtained in the scope of work or professional relationships, namely doctor-patient relationship, or information that infringes any patent, copyright or other proprietary right of any person; vi. Not to record and/or transmit any advertisement or message to unauthorised or unsolicited groups of people, promotional material, business scheme or any other form of solicitation; vii. Not to register and/or transmit any software that contains viruses or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy, damage or limit the functionality of any hardware, software or telecommunications equipment; viii Not to copy, transmit, modify, distribute, publicly display or perform or create any derivative work from any content that is available on the site; ix. Not to obtain or store, without the authorisation of the respective owner, the personal data of another user or users.

LEARNINGHUBZ does not monitor the content registered and/or transmitted by users of the website and, therefore, cannot guarantee the legality, accuracy, honesty, truthfulness, integrity and/or quality of the same, nor can it assume any responsibility arising from users' failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, LEARNINGHUBZ reserves the right to refuse, remove and/or block access to any content which violates these terms and conditions and/or which is manifestly unlawful.

Information on the Website

The information on the Website has been compiled and is provided by LEARNINGHUBZ with due care and diligence.

However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LEARNINGHUBZ does not warrant that the information provided is free from errors - human and/or computerised - delays, interruptions, loss of data, omissions or other defects.

Response to users

Whenever LEARNIGNUBZ receives a message via electronic mail ("email") or from a form on the platform, it will do its best to respond promptly, trying, in particular, to respect the response time requested by the user. However, LEARNINGHUHBZ does not provide or guarantee response time.

The website and the service have links to other websites registered in the name of other persons. LEARNINGHUBZ has no connection with and/or control over the websites which can be accessed from such links and is not responsible for the content made available there, its truthfulness, correctness and/or accuracy.

Licence Restrictions

You agree that by using our Service, you receive a license to use one copy of our web-based software (known as "SaaS") in accordance with this Agreement, applicable laws and any additional terms located on our Site that are incorporated herein by reference.You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, redistribute or resell or otherwise copy or manipulate our Service.

Server Downtime

Our Service may be unavailable for an indefinite period of time due to security, legal, technical or other reasons. You agree that we are under no obligation to inform you of such downtime - even if we know it may occur - or to provide a reason for it, and that you release us from any liability related to the unavailability of our Service.

Trademarks

"LEARNINGHUBZ" is a trademark registered by LEARNINGHUBZ, Ltd. to uniquely identify our Site, Service and business, over which intellectual property rights apply.

Final provisions

LEARNINGHUBZ reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to revise these terms and conditions of access and use, effective from the date of disclosure.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable, in whole or in part, it shall be deemed not to form part of these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

The Terms and Conditions of use of the Site are governed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
